Shipping & Delivery

At VAHNAI, every order is prepared with care to ensure your products arrive safely and on time.
We partner with trusted carriers and fulfillment teams to deliver a seamless experience from our apothecary to your door.


Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information. During high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly, but we always strive to ship as quickly as possible.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently offer the following options for US orders:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days

Complimentary Standard Shipping is available on all US orders over $75.
Orders under $75 will incur a calculated shipping rate at checkout.

All US orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on location and order size.


International Shipping

VAHNAI ships worldwide.
International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard International: 7–14 business days

  • Express International: 4–7 business days

Please note that customs clearance can occasionally delay delivery. We recommend tracking your shipment for the most accurate updates.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or local fees as determined by their country’s regulations.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping rate and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Any applicable fees will be displayed at checkout when available.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with a direct link to monitor your delivery.
If your tracking number does not update immediately, please allow 24–48 hours for carrier systems to refresh.

You can also track your order by logging into your VAHNAI account and viewing your recent purchases.


Multiple Shipments

To maintain quality and efficiency, certain items may ship separately from our fulfillment partners.
If your order arrives in multiple packages, you’ll receive separate tracking details for each shipment.
You’ll only be charged once for shipping — regardless of how many packages your order contains.


Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or regions where certain ingredients are restricted by import regulations.
If your location has specific import requirements, please contact us prior to placing your order.


Delayed or Lost Packages

While rare, shipping delays or lost packages can occur.
If your order appears delayed or missing, please contact us at Hello@vahnai.com with your order number.


We’ll work directly with the carrier to locate or replace your package as quickly as possible.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of skincare and wellness products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.
