Return Eligibility
We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be in their original packaging, free of wear, damage, or tampering.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or partially consumed products.
How to Start a Return

Contact Us: Email hello@vahnai.com with your order number and reason for return.

Approval: Our customer care team will confirm eligibility and provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Ship Back: Return the item in its original packaging using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an unopened item for another product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Our team will help coordinate the exchange process.
Price differences between products may apply.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund immediately.
Your satisfaction — and trust — is always our priority.
Final Sale Items
Certain products, including limited editions, promotional sets, gift cards, and sample sizes, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
These items will be clearly marked on their product pages.
International Returns
International customers are welcome to request returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Please note that shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Timing
After your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
